The code is emailed to the address on the order, usually within one business day. Before contacting us:
- Check your spam/junk folder (sender: [email protected]).
- Confirm the email used at purchase or on the PO.
- For a purchase order (school / service centre), allow 1–2 business days after we receive the PO.
Still nothing? Email us your order or PO number and we'll resend the code the same day.
This message almost always comes from the network blocking validation, not the code. Try in order:
- Check that the device is connected to the Internet.
- On a school or business network, the firewall may block WordQ: ask your IT to allow access to the activation servers, then retry.
- Copy-paste the code (don't type it) to avoid O/0, I/1 mistakes.
- Temporarily disable any VPN.
If it persists, send us a screenshot of the exact message via the support form.
It depends on your license type. An individual license activates on one device; a volume license allows a set number of installs (e.g. 11 seats). The allowed number is in your activation email. See “Licenses & seats”.
